Sheffield City Region Enterprise Zone is building on the success of its Advanced Manufacturing Park with plans for a new R-evolution development.

This development on the Zone follows the success of the Evolution@theAMP development, which is now fully let to a range of hi-tech businesses.

The new project is expected to provide around 200,000 sq ft of high quality, modern, flexible industrial units on 12.94 acres of land.

Duncan Armstrong-Payne, Harworth Estates development manager for the project, said:

“The next phase is targeted at the local, national and international manufacturing sector.

“We want to provide business space for local companies to expand and to attract national and international companies to work alongside the existing businesses on the park.

“R-evolution will be a new, high quality development, providing a range of industrial units, sized from 10,000 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft on the UK’s premier advanced manufacturing technology park.”
