Great news for Bristol as they announced their first building project in the Bristol Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone.

This speculative £35m, 100,000 sq ft office project is hailed by the Mayor as:

“a major boost of confidence for the city’s office market and proves that the Enterprise Zone is an attractive proposition for investors, offering a fantastic location, great connectivity, vibrant workforce, as well as the business rate discounts for incoming or expanding businesses.”

The developers, Salmon Harvester Properties Limited, a joint venture between Salmon Developments and NFU Mutual, is beginning work on Two Glass Wharf, Temple Quay in Bristol in June, for completion in October 2014.

This waterfront setting in the heart of Bristol is a perfect location. The Development Director of Salmon said the Two Glass Wharf project demonstrates all the infrastructure and financial advantages of being located within the Enterprise Zone. And he already has potential high calibre occupants and increased enquiries.
