Discovery Park Enterprise Zone has welcomed new residents Investaco and Alliance Business Communications Limited to the 220-acre site, taking the total number of businesses on site to 36.

Independent Financial Advisors Investaco has moved its entire operation to Discovery Park, taking advantage of the Park’s premium facilities and attractive location with opportunities to grow the company.

Investaco managing director, Jim Cook, said:

“We are currently experiencing rapid growth and are thrilled to announce the extension of our services into estate planning and wills. We have taken on a number of new staff to help with deal with the increase workloads. We are so confident in our development we have space reserved for future expansion and are looking forward to welcoming clients to our new offices”.

Telecommunications company Alliance Business Communications has moved its entire sales operations to Discovery Park.

Managing director, David Smith, said:

“From our new headquarters, we look forward to servicing our existing customer base, whilst continuing to grow our business. We are also embarking on an ambitious expansion plan with the launch of an exciting new product that we are bringing to market in the second quarter of 2013.”

Two current tenants who opened new offices at Discovery Park earlier this year are already seeing the benefits. Both FosterCare UK and Vital Software have expanded their operations in little over four months and have moved to larger offices on site.
