Carlisle Kingmoor Park

Exciting retail and leisure opportunities within Cumbria’s premier business park

Formerly an MOD site until its acquisition in 1999, Kingmoor Park has been a critical economic development success story for Cumbria and is now home to more than 106 businesses occupying c.139,000sqm (c. 1.8m sqft) and providing more than 2,000 jobs on site.

Kingmoor Park aims to take advantage of Cumbria’s excellent reputation as a center for excellence in the Nuclear and Power generation sector as well as build on a vibrant advanced manufacturing base being led by companies like BAE Systems, GSK Glaxo Smithkline, Innovia Films and Pirelli.

Benefits on site

The site has zones for both Enhanced Capital Allowances and Business rates Discount. With 175 acres of development land available and the ability to develop up to 1 million sqft as a single building Kingmoor is well placed to attract a wide range of occupiers.
